Exact Review:

We have a great plot, an exclusive star cast and a screenplay that seems nice. We see many angles of the story, presented defining various aspects of family traditions, love, relationships, and many more.

Talking about the story, yes it is one of the stories which reminds us of 90s films, yet it is represented in today's format, with good presentation. Simple yet elegant sets and bright costumes make us indulge more in movie, which is pretty good.

Talking about the acting, Leading actors Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh played their parts amazingly. Ranveer as Rocky and Alia as Rani get suited to the role, which is nice.

Other characters too tried to give their best shot, which seems decently lovely.

Moreover, the story too gives some messages regarding acceptance and modernity. We have comedy, humour, love, romance everything in this one, which makes this a full blockbuster Bollywood film. Some scenes in the film might disturb us, but it is a power given to a screenplay that blooms the movie, in a different manner.

Technical Aspects:

The movie is directed by Karan Johar, and written by Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan, and Sumit Roy. The Production is done by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta under the banner of Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios.

The climax is expected, and it is the way in which a Karan Johar family drama movie ends.

Overall, a one-time watch movie, with emotions and family drama is here to entertain us in theatres. Do Watch. It is rated 7.3/10 on IMDb. Currently, it has earned 216.58 crore on Box Office Collection.
