Interview with Entrepreneur Vinutha Nagaraju

1.  How’s your 4 years of entrepreneur life?

Answer: It’s a good Ongoing rollercoaster journey, experiencing lots of Ups & Downs but I am stronger than before and, most importantly Happier than ever with my work.

 

2. What's the best thing that happened in 2023?

Answer: We started a  family Business PAQIT LLP, it’s a processing unit of various products like Tamarind, Peanut, Dry chillies, Dry coconut, Desiccated coconut and  Jaggery, we do Processing & Trading of these food products in the Rural part of Karnataka.




 



3. Why the food Industry?

Answer: I like working with people, I am a nature lover and hence I decided to work with Farmers & Provide CLEAN FOOD as much as possible to society.

 

4.  What's that one motive thing Keeps you ON  & Energetic all the time?

Answer: Currently, we have our processing unit in a rural part of Karnataka, we have a major Women workforce, who are already skilled & working with us to stand Independent also to support their family. Looking at them I get all the strength, and motivation and the farmers who are associated with us are very supportive too, working with the farmers is a different experience. I am enjoying the journey with them.

 



5.  Where do you see the MSME food processing Industry in the next 5 years?

Answer: I see lots of people are coming up with various food processing units around, when I speak to fellow entrepreneurs  90% of our intentions are the same providing Quality food, most new MSME start-ups are owned by young entrepreneurs, who want to bring in a Healthy food pattern change in society, which add-on to next generation Health. It is a strategic business with growth of 100 %.

 

6.   What's the difference between dealing with farmers and professionals?

Answer: On a lighter note the professional deal at the corporate office under AC and farmer's deal at farms under Tree J HAHA, this is a wrong comparison or differentiation.



7.   What's the change you will bring in this entrepreneurship journey?

Answer: I am here to make a difference in a rural part of women by providing a job that empowers them as an individual.

 

8.  Which market is easy to Deal Export or Domestic market?

Answer: Any time it's a Domestic market, considering the Indian population, if we cater to domestic customers we will have having handful of work.

 



9.  How do you manage to Travel and Work?

Answer: Very often I encounter this question, frankly, I enjoy the road journey during my work travel and it’s advisable to take the time for your passion. Hence  I make time for my travel cravings.

 

10.   What's the 2024 plan?

Answer: Hoping to associate with farmers of Maharashtra.  We would like to connect with farmers to strategies for the products in the Market & I am open to meeting farmers between Pune to Kolhapur, Pune to Solapur, and Pune to Ahmednagar region. (within 250KM radius farms from Pune)
