What is the most rewarding part of being in this profession?

Answer: The most rewarding part of being in the Baking profession is I can look after my baby n give time to my passion. I got involved so much that I didn't come to know when my hobby turned into my business. Being in business on my own without any family business background gives me the confidence to grow.

Answer: My husband n my 5-year-old daughter Kashvi are my backbones. We have faced many ups n downs in business. Their support keeps me motivated to give my best n go ahead.

Answer: My 1st ever coverage was at #stayfeatured, it was a very surprising n the happiest moment for me to b interviewed by them n unveiled my Baking journey across the world.

What do you do in situations where customers are dissatisfied with their specialty cake orders?

Answer: Fortunately, I haven't received such feedback in my 5 years of career.

Please share about your specialties in this field

Answer: We are specialized in fresh cakes, we prepare cake once we receive order..we start from scratch n make it as per customer demand. Serving Fresh n Customised cakes keeps us on top. We do provide home delivery of cakes too..customer needs everything on time at doorstep. We have planned our delivery soo well that we are always on time for cake delivery. Hardly 1-2 cases happened when we could not deliver the cake on time.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer? What did they request?

Answer: You have to b always on ur toes when it comes to customer service. Sometimes customers ask for an early morning Cake for their life events like marriage or engagement ceremony, we plan it well in advance n make it possible.

What decorating methods do you know?

Answer: The baking field is enormously growing post lockdown. People may tell u any design n u have to do your best. Sometimes we make simple sponge cakes for old age people, we work on fresh cream, fondant, semi fondant, buttercream icing, and cream cheese icing.

Answer: We call or msg to each n every customer for feedback once we deliver the cake. Even though it's a small cake, every piece of feedback teaches us lot n gives us the right direction for better performance. So there r many reviews we have received yet n m sharing some of them.

Answer: I will always b thankful for TZP MAA Award as it's my 1st Award. According to me, every mom is an awardee but a mom who is doing something different for herself and for society is felicitated by TZP. Answer: I believe, every mom has some passion inside n lets it come out. Don't surrender your whole life just in the kitchen n kid.. the world is growing n u have a lot of scope outside ur household work. Everyone is going to die but make your name somewhere to remember!!
