ChandramuKhi - A Political Love Story

The Marathi film industry most awaited film, Chandramukhi is here to entertain us, with the story, music, and political drama. Amruta Khanvilkar in and as Chandramukhi is fabulous in her acting and dancing skills. She has nailed it. Based on a novel of the same name, written by Vishwas Patil, the film follows an intense musical love story between leading Tamasha singer and dancer Chandra and a rising politician Daulat and its repercussions.

Planet Marathi, Akshay Bardapurkar, Golden Ratio Films, Yelster Films, LightWithin Entertainment, Flying Dragon Entertainment & Creative Vibe all together have put effort into this project.

Talking about the acting in cinema, it is very focused on the script. Especially, Amruta's performance is outstanding. She has literally lived ChandraMukhi and every aspect of ChandraMukhi has been inculcated in her. Right from her walk and talk, she even made her comfortable in the language too. Her beauty is mesmerizing.

Another yet important character and the story revolves around him is Daultrao , played by Adinath Kothare , which is the best role of Adinath , till now . His movies are not that impactful , but this one has made world public fall in love with him. His caring nature of ChandraMukhi , his passionate love towards her , is been fantastically potrayed by Adinath.

As, Amruta said in her various interviews , She was told to not to dance in any program , but that care has reflected in movie. The song " CHANDRA" has literally 53 Million+ views on youtube. Another song which the fans have made famous is Bai Ga , which has crossed 5 Million+ views on youtube. The proper Tamasha ( Marathi Folk Dance) has made public mad and are urged to see movie in theatres.

The role of Samir Choughale , aka Battasha , also has a key role in the film . We can say he is a connector between Chandra and Daulat. His character is diffferent from what we see in Maharashtrachi Hasya Jatra .

The role which cannot be forgoten forgotten is Damyanti , played by Mrunmayee Deshpande. A Negative role , yet important , she is the main twist in movie , and the turning point of the movie , depends on her , which is shown in one scene, where a small ear rings falls on the floor and the real story starts.

The Direction of the film Prasad Oak , famous actor- director has meet the vision of writer Chinmay Mandlekar , through the lens of famous cinematographer Sanjay Memane .

Each and every shot the film , is very interesting to see.

As the film , is based on Novel , most of the facts are tried to coverup from Novel.

Prajkata Mali is seen in Sawal Jawab song and the lines are very impactful and they make us reliaze about of our father's life. This is a Multi -Star cast film, and each character has given their best in this film.

The Cinematic effect through the color gradient used in the film , is also very nice to see. The scenes from Dr. Mohan Aghashe , are also good. Another important character to look out for is Sachin Goswami as Sawant, and Radha Sagar as Shewanta

The story is a love story , but has a political touch, through which the happenings of misunderstandings start over , and the story is carried forwad.

All the actors have done their role , up to mark and so is the film leading on box office as well as on OTT ( Amazon Prime Video) .
