Autoimmune diseases and miracle healing with Bach therapy

Autoimmune is the disease of the “Nice People “ and more often women.

As Indians or rather as women - we grow up conditioned to be nice even if that means suppressing our true feelings and voice and our anger towards it. When raising kids, especially girls, our value system teaches us to always be ‘nice’ or ‘good’ to others.

The underlying meaning of this is however to say “yes “ even if we feel like a “ big no “ so it keeps others happy.

However, always being nice and kind to other people may do less good to ourselves.

Women mostly suffer from autoimmune diseases which include lupus, Hashimotos, graces rheumatoid arthritis, thyroid, multiple sclerosis, and so on.

There are about 80 types of autoimmune disorders out of which are the killer and life-threatening ones.

Inflammation caused by lupus can affect many different body systems — including your joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart, and lungs. Rheumatoid arthritis mainly attacks the joints, usually many joints at once.

There are certain patterns seen in people who encounter the autoimmune conditions. The patterns include the suppression of healthy anger. These patients are “ very nice people “ by society's standards who cannot set boundaries for their emotional feelings.

They cannot say “ No “. They believe that keeping people happy is their responsibility even at the cost of their downfall. They go on a guilt trip if they do so otherwise. They fail to express their needs and wants clearly and are not able to express their anger as they fear the opposite person will be hurt.

In this process, they keep hurting themselves and the suppressed anger cannot find its way and hence turns inwards. These patterns through the unconscious slowly drive the body towards illness where the mind-body war is apparent as an autoimmune. Here I would like to say that

“ The socially determined role is trauma”.

Emotions are the hidden face behind any autoimmune disease. A woman with a challenging emotional landscape is up to 10 times more at risk of developing an autoimmune disease. There are no winners when your mind and body are at war with each other. The immune system is like the archer carrying a bow and a quiver of arrows.

Everything works perfectly when it aims with one arrow at an identified target, but autoimmune problems occur when the quiver is emptied of arrows firing indiscriminately and continuously. This is what happens when emotional trauma and chronic stress, unhappiness, and heart pain keep the immune system triggered.

The nervous system and the immune system are highly compromised. This is where Bach Flower Therapy, mindfulness practices, journaling, meditation, and nervous system hacks take prime importance.

Auto immunes are incurable medically which is why the patients hit rock bottom before finding the motivation to choose healing. Freedom from the chains of autoimmune comes from connecting the dots in our emotional landscape.

Being brave enough to acknowledge the root of our emotional pain, challenges, and traumas and then look clearly at our beliefs, behaviors, moods, and relationships. This is often the first step on the healing journey – from misery to motivation.

Bach's remedies work magically on our emotional plane by transforming all the unswerving emotions like suppressed anger, and guilt, setting boundaries, expressing our feelings, calming out stress, helping cope with changes, fears, etc into the emotions of love, acceptance, confidence, and love.

By working on our emotional pains, our nervous system calms down and the immune system starts getting activated. We start feeling energetically better stronger and clearer.

Bach remedies work on the subtle body and remedies are personalized to specific emotional patterns to get effective results. Bach remedies ignite that auto peace that exists within us all.

"There is no true healing unless there is a change in outlook, peace of mind, and inner happiness.” — Edward Bach.
