Today, Mona wears many hats - a social worker, child counsellor, relationship coach, life coach, and Law of Attraction Coach. She is also an accomplished author with her book titled "SURYA THE SAVIOR." Her journey into these diverse roles has been both transformative and enlightening.

During the COVID-19 lockdown, Mona and her organization, Astitva Social Foundation One Vision, initiated two crucial projects - 'STORY KATTA' and 'SUNDAY FUNDAY.' These virtual initiatives brought together over 200 children, offering them opportunities for learning and engagement. These endeavours proved successful despite challenges like network issues, virtual management, and session design.

Mona's experiences have taught her valuable lessons. She learned that children often imitate what they see rather than what they are told. This insight has influenced how she designs activities for working with children.

As someone deeply rooted in the social field, Mona acknowledges the underappreciation of social workers and organizations' contributions. This realization motivated her to start the 'JAGRUTI CHANNEL (Love for Social Field),' a YouTube channel dedicated to showcasing the work of social workers, NGOs, and individuals making a difference in society.

Mona firmly believes in collaboration and approaches organizations for mutual support. She understands that collective efforts can achieve more than individual endeavours. The focus should always be on the "people centre" rather than the "personal centre."
